Effective Remote Work Strategies

Business Purpose: This module is to provides support to help employees succeed in a remote work environment, leading to improved productivity, engagement and overall organizational success. Remote work, while beneficial to both companies and employees, can bring about challenges related to communication, and work-life integration.  This presentation addresses some of those more common challenges and works to provide solutions and best practices to overcome them. 

Learning Goals: Identify best practices for ergonomically sound workspaces, recognize strategies for staying focused, list the SMART steps for goal setting.
